Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
NA26 Travel Guide (the "App") is an independent travel companion published by Tech Space ("we", "our"). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports federation, tournament organizer, or official partner. This policy explains what data the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Data we collect
The App is designed to work without accounts. In normal use we collect only the following:
- On-device preferences — language, saved places, personal itinerary. Stored on your device only. Never uploaded.
- Anonymous server logs — IP address, timestamp, endpoint, user-agent header. Retained for up to 30 days to detect abuse and debug issues. No personal identifier is attached or derived.
- Ad targeting signals — when a splash or banner placement loads, the App sends your device locale and country code to our own backend so it can return a locally relevant image. No identifier is sent.
- Location (optional) — when you tap a "show directions" link, the App opens your device's Maps application with the destination pre-filled. The App itself does not read your coordinates; your location is handled by the system map.
3. What we do NOT collect
- No account, name, email address, or phone number is required.
- No advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID) are read.
- No behavioral tracking across other apps or websites.
- No sale or rental of data to third parties, ever.
- No third-party analytics SDK, crash reporter, or ad network is embedded in the App.
4. Third-party services
The App uses the following services:
- Mapbox (optional) — renders map tiles when you view a map screen. Mapbox receives your IP and the tile coordinates you request. See Mapbox's privacy policy.
- Apple Maps / Google Maps — when you tap a "get directions" link, your device's system Maps app opens. Subject to Apple or Google privacy terms respectively.
5. Advertising
The App may display a splash placement on launch and in-app banner placements. All ad content is served from
our own backend (api.natravelguide.pro). We do not integrate third-party ad networks such as
Google AdMob or Facebook Audience Network. We do not read your IDFA or AAID. The only data transmitted when
a placement is loaded is a standard HTTPS request (IP, user-agent, device locale, country) plus a timestamp,
to our own server. If you tap a placement, you may be redirected to a third-party website; we are not
responsible for the privacy practices of that destination.
6. Children
The App is a general-audience travel guide and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your choices and data deletion
- You can clear on-device data at any time by uninstalling the App, or by using the "Reset" option inside Settings.
- Location-related OS permissions can be revoked in your device settings without affecting other App features.
- To request deletion of any server-side log associated with your IP, email support@natravelguide.pro with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
8. Data retention and security
Anonymous server logs are kept for up to 30 days and then automatically purged. Traffic between the App and our backend is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. We apply industry-standard safeguards against unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the Internet.
9. International transfers
Our servers may be located outside your country. By using the App you consent to the transfer of anonymous log data across borders for the purposes described above. The lawful basis for processing under GDPR is legitimate interest (operating and securing the service). Tech Space acts as the data controller.
10. European Economic Area (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data we hold about you, and the right to restrict or object to processing. Because we collect only anonymous logs not linked to your identity, we generally cannot identify your specific records from external input. To exercise your rights, contact support@natravelguide.pro.
11. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA. The anonymous server logs we collect do not constitute "personal information" in most cases as they are not linked to a specific consumer or household. To exercise your rights, email support@natravelguide.pro.
12. Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy we will update the "Effective" date above and post notice on this page before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
