Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. The app works immediately after installation. There is no sign-up, no login, and no password to remember. Your language preference, saved places and personal itinerary are stored on your device only.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Core content — host city guides, match schedule, stadium information, curated points of interest and fan gathering areas — is bundled with the app and fully accessible without an internet connection. A network connection is only required to load a splash placement, an in-app banner, or to open an external map for directions.
Why does the app sometimes open the Maps app?
When you tap a "get directions" button on a venue or point of interest, we hand off to your device's system Maps application (Apple Maps on iOS, Google Maps on Android) with the destination pre-filled. This lets you use the routing tool you already prefer and trust. The app itself does not read your coordinates.
What data does the app collect?
The app does not collect personal identifiers, email addresses, phone numbers, or advertising IDs. Our backend retains only anonymous access logs (IP, timestamp, endpoint, user-agent) for up to 30 days to detect abuse and debug issues. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.
Which languages are supported?
Six languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese and Hindi. The app follows your device's system language by default and can be switched manually at any time from the in-app settings.
Is this an official app?
No. NA26 Travel Guide is an independent, fan-made travel guide published by Tech Space. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports federation, tournament organizer, or official partner. Team names, stadium names and related terminology mentioned in the app belong to their respective trademark owners and are used solely for informational reference.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@natravelguide.pro with the subject line "Bug Report". Include the information listed above under "Contact us". If the bug only happens sometimes, a screen recording or the exact steps to reproduce it help us a lot.
How do I request a new feature or city?
We love hearing ideas. Email support@natravelguide.pro with the subject line "Feature Request". Tell us the use case — what you're trying to do — rather than just the specific solution you have in mind. That lets us design the best fit.
How do I delete my data?
Because the app stores preferences and saved places on your device only, the simplest way to delete everything is to uninstall the app. There is also a "Reset" option inside the app's Settings screen that clears local data without uninstalling. If you want any server-side log entries associated with your IP address removed, email support@natravelguide.pro with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We process such requests within 30 days.
The schedule or venue information looks wrong, what do I do?
Match dates, venue details, operating hours and prices can change at any time and we work hard to keep our content accurate. Still, always verify time-sensitive details with the official venue or organizer before travelling. If you spot anything wrong, email support@natravelguide.pro with the subject "Content Correction" and we'll update it as quickly as we can.
Is the app free? Are there in-app purchases?
The app is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or premium tiers. The app may display occasional promotional placements served from our own backend to help cover hosting costs; no third-party ad network is involved.
Which platforms are supported?
iOS 16 and later (iPhone and iPad), and Android 8.0 (API level 26) and later.
Response time
We aim to respond to every email within 2 business days. During peak periods this can stretch to 5 business days. Thanks for your patience.
